IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: Only one outside dog permitted in the estate as per STRATA RULES Linen and towels included just bring your own beach towels *Garage not available for guest use The community pool is governed by and managed by Strata. At times during your stay it may be closed for maintenance or cleaning. This is beyond our control. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! We welcome families. No social gatherings permitted including schoolies, buck’s or hen's nights.
