With a capacity of 4 persons, this beautiful apartment will offer you a comfort and a quality of stay to discover the city in all tranquility. Located on the 1st floor of a historical building with beautiful stone, enter this loft-style apartment, combining modernity and authenticity, especially thanks to its exposed stone and glass windows offering a warm luminosity. The living space has a TV corner with a convertible sofa, a bar table and stools as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed (140cm) with direct access to the bathroom, which has an Italian shower and a vanity unit. You can also enjoy a rooftop terrace overlooking the rooftops of Bordeaux, offering a sofa and 2 armchairs, ideal for having breakfast or an aperitif in the sun after a day of sightseeing. DEPOSIT The deposit is managed by the secure online service Swikly. It is compulsory and charged between 3€ and 7€. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount of use of your credit card. In the 7 days following your departure, and subject to the respect of the general conditions of sale as well as the return of the flat in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled. To park your car, parking on the streets is free only from 7pm to 9am as well as on Sundays and public holidays. The apartment does not have a car park, the public car park " Clemenceau Auditorium " is located 350 meters from the apartment. The price for parking is 30€ for the day.
