The flat is located on the 3rd and last floor of a quiet residence, with a closed parking space at your disposal. As soon as you enter, you are immediately seduced by the view, the luminosity, and the volumes that this flat offers. The comfortable and luminous living room will be able to accommodate a couple with children, or two couples of friends. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, providing you with everything you need for a successful stay, and especially for cooking your favourite dishes. On the night side, the flat offers a total of 2 bedrooms, all of them quiet and bright, with direct access to the large south facing terrace. Both bedrooms offer a comfortable double bed and wardrobes, so you can unload your belongings and make yourself at home during your stay. THE SERVICES Wifi connection, TV, Sheets, towels, household linen, welcome products (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) Cleaning products provided. Linen (bedding and towels) and cleaning are included in the price, beds will be freshly made on arrival. A free wifi connection is provided in the flat. DEPOSIT SWIKLY A compulsory bank transfer of 500€ will be required via the secure online service SWIKLY. This amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum use of your credit card, you will only have to pay a service charge of between 3 and 7€. Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale and the return of the flat in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The elegant city centre is centred around the imposing Place Georges Clemenceau.
