Conveniently located close to the marina, shops, bars, café’s & restaurants, with the Red Jet only a couple of minutes’ walk away, making the Boat House the perfect car free holiday cottage. Boat House has a welcoming open plan living area with seating and dining for 4, with all the home comforts we now expect such as Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker. A wonderful little patio garden with table, chairs and a charcoal bbq can be found through the thoughtfully equipped kitchen. Up on the first floor is the master double bedroom and family bathroom. Moving on up into the eaves of the cottage onto the second floor, you will find the twin bedroom, with a small window and Velux window providing plenty of airflow through the room. For added comfort there is an air-conditioning unit for those occasional extra warm nights. All in all the perfect little cottage for just meandering through Cowes, simply watching the yachts go by, or sampling food & drink from one of the many delicious cafés and restaurants that can be found on your doorstep.
