This historic water mill dating from 1644 has been transformed into a charming country residence with annex in a peaceful location in the Italian countryside. The accommodation is split between the beautifully converted water mil and an annex making it an ideal property for both larger families and groups of friends. The decoration and style is in keeping with the traditional building and compliments the lovely character of this house. There are six beautiful bedrooms in total, with an equal amount of bathrooms many of which are ensuite. The grounds of the property are just as extraordinary as the property. There are plenty of terraces and places to sit, ideal to enjoy the long summer days in Italy. The property also boasts a lovely swimming pool carved in the volcanic rock, most certainly an original feature of the once working water will.
