Spring House Farm is situated in a beautiful, tranquil and secluded setting near the Peak District village of Castleton It is an ideal location to holiday in the Peak District particularly for walkers. It offers excellent dog friendly accommodation. The property has two beautifully restored self catering cottages set in an attractive Grade II listed courtyard. The cottages sit in well kept gardens and have wonderful views of the surrounding landscape. They are located quite literally on the door step of the Great Ridge and are a 15 minute walk along quite lanes and tracks to the pretty village of Castleton. and a 20 minute drive to Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Bakewell and Buxton. In addition to walking they offer plenty of space to store bicycles and climbing equipment and are an ideal location to visit Castleton's caverns and Peveril's Castle. Each cottage is fully equipped with all linen and towels provided, plus Wi-Fi access, TV/DVD and each with its own private garden area. The cottages cater for short breaks as well as longer stays. Dogs are welcome in a very pet friendly environment at no extra cost. Maximum two small/medium dogs per cottage. No young dogs or puppies please.
