Newly renovated apartment for up to four guests located at the bottom of a stunning Victorian townhouse. Full of character and period features including a fireplace and sash windows. Also boasts a sun filled courtyard garden, under floor heating, Smart TV & DVD player. All of this can be found just a short walk (15 mins) from the historic Oxford city centre, by Jericho- voted one of the countries 'hippest' areas due to it's eclectic range of independent bars, shops, cafes and music venues. Newly renovated apartment located on the basement level of a Victorian townhouse. SLEEPING & REFRESHING Bedroom: Double Bed Living Room: Double Sofa Bed Bathroom: Walk-In Shower, Bath Tub, WC, Basin - Under floor heating *Beds dressed in hotel quality linen and towels and travel size toiletries provided* *Hair dryer, washer and ironing facilities included* EATING & CHILLING Bright, modern and open-plan kitchen and living area. Fully-equipped kitchen, including: - Kettle, Toaster, Microwave - Oven, Gas Hobs - Fridge & Freezer - Dishwasher The kitchen leads on to a fabulous private patio, the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day of sight seeing. Kick back in the living area featuring sash windows and a decorative fireplace and watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV and DVD player. Please note: At times you may be able to hear the tenants in the apartment above, who are super lovely and respectful! Lot's to do on your doorstep including checking out one of the many trendy establishments of Jericho covering independent bars, shops, cafes and music venues. Port Meadow is lovely for a walk, cycle or picnic amongst the buttercups, horses and cows - an ancient common land surprisingly near the middle of Oxford! Wander along the Oxford Canal. There's a great playground for children just over the canal, on Aristotle Lane. Climbing frames for various ages, football pitch and basketball hoop. The historic city centre itself is only a 15 min walk or 5 min bus journey away. Whilst in the city centre I would recommend: Christ Church College: featured in the Harry Potter films. The Ashmolean Museum: World's first university museum with rooftop cafe. Radcliffe Camera & St. Mary's Church: Oxford University buildings. Bodleian: One of the oldest libraries in Europe with over 12 million items. Westgate Complex: Shops, cinema and on top of the roof restaurants and bars. Punting: Popular leisure activity involving a boat and a pole on the rivers of Cherwell & Isis. From the city centre you can catch a train further afield. There is also a 24/7 bus station servicing London and surrounding airports. Guest will have private access to the entire property along with private garden/patio. Please note, tenants live above the property and can be heard at times. SELF CHECK IN Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys and call outs, so please be careful with them. PRIVACY Although you will have private access to the entire apartment, please note tenants live above the apartment and may be heard at times- nothing to be concerned of. PARKING Unfortunately there isn't parking on my premise however the city centre and bus and train station are very easily accessible by foot, bus and taxi. Please check out 'JustPark' online for affordable, nearby parking solutions if required. LINEN Bedding and linen is provided for both the sofa bed and double bed. AMENITIES The fireplace is not for use, just aesthetics. The under floor heating is available in the kitchen bathroom and hallways. My fantastic property management team and I will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance you may need.
