The property is located on the third floor of a building overlooking the Darsena, “Vie Dell’ Acqua”. Two large comfortable sofas (one turns into a double bed), a long piece of furniture with TV which runs along one of the walls, a retro trunk and a rocking chair are some of the elements adorning this room, completed by a large dining table. The separate fully equipped kitchen, will allow you to prepare all your favorite dishes, and maybe to test new italian recipes 😉 The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a big wardrobe, a practical chest of drawers and a baby crib. The second bedroom has two single beds, an antique ethnic trunk and a wardrobe. The bathroom contains both a wide bathtub and a shower, in addition to sanitary and a very large mirror. FOR FAMILIES: cot and high chair available on request and subject to availability MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: registration of the contract required for bookings of more than 28 nights.
