Beautifully restored turn of the century apartment with light filled rooms and sunny balcony. Excellent transportation options and a short walk to cafes, eateries and weekend markets! Welcome to a renovated "altbau" apartment in the centre of Prenzlauer Berg. Located on the first floor above ground, the apartment has a modern layout with a large combined living and sleeping room and large windows. The room also contains a comfortable lounge, work table, LCD Smart TV with cable channels, plenty of storage and a modern heating system. Most importantly, the apartment faces the quiet inner courtyard of the complex. The kitchen has all that you need for preparing breakfast or small meals. It connects directly to the balcony making it easy to serve. The balcony enjoys the early afternoon sun and is a quiet place in the evening to enjoy a drink. The bathroom has a modern shower/tub and also consists of both a washing machine and clothes dryer. Particularily helpful for guests on longer stays. As standard the apartment includes all bedding, towels, shower soap, a hair dryer and Wifi internet. If you require a baby bed or high chair please contact me.
