At check-in, you will receive a unit of the same type as shown in this listing, complete with the advertised size and number of rooms, but the actual decor in the unit, view, and furniture layout may differ. You will have access to all amenities advertised! Swing by the beach then return to our modest apartment in Guidel! In the summer, soak up the sun while relaxing on the sun loungers, or cool down by going for a dip in the outdoor pool. Be sure to spend some time exploring the area, as there are many beautiful chapels and art galleries nearby. And don’t forget to go for a swim at one of the incredible beaches! Our 42m2 apartment has 2 BEDROOMS. The master bedroom has a Double bed and the second bedroom has 2 Single beds. There are 2 Single pull-out beds in the living room which can sleep additional guests. Before heading to the beach, get ready for the day in the 1 BATHROOM with separate WC. You can pack light, as we’ll provide you with bed linen and bathroom linens. For stays of 6 nights or less, the beds are made upon arrival, except for the sofabeds. There’s no need to worry if you spill something on your clothes, either, as there are laundry facilities available on-site. Lounge on the beach then retreat to our cozy LIVING AREA. Turn on the TV and enjoy French programming, or connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the FREE Wi-Fi. If you’re craving fresh air, you can step out onto the balcony or terrace. Once you’ve worked up an appetite, cook a quick meal in our KITCHENETTE, which features a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, cooking utensils, and dishes. If you need some coffee to wake up in the morning, you’ll be happy to hear that our apartment has a coffee maker. There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Prestige Residence Fleur de Sel in Guidel Plages, where our property is conveniently located. These include the heated outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool, which is open from June to September, the terrace and sun loungers, and the well-being centre (only for adults 17+ years old). We recommend bringing a car to explore this beautiful area and there is complimentary outdoor parking on-site. Indoor parking is also available for €30/vehicle. Upon arrival, you’ll be asked for a security deposit of €500 and a small daily tourist tax, charged per person. If you’d like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we can try to accommodate them for €10/day or €50/stay. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning will be provided for an additional fee of €70. LOCAL FAVOURITES In Guidel itself, there are the 7 beautiful chapels to feast your eyes on. For the animal lovers, in the surrounding area there is a donkey farm at Arzano, a zoo in Pont Scorff, a bat center in Kernascleden, and an aquarium in Vannes. Of course, in addition to all of this, is the beach that is right across the street from the residence! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: • Outdoor parking, bed and bathroom linen, are all available for no charge! • The well-being centre does not accept people under 16 years old • If you’d like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for a charge of €10/night or €50/stay.
