Beach Club 1 is a well equipped modern townhouse which features ocean glimpses. Entertaining is a breeze with full kitchen and dishwasher, open plan living/dining area which leads out to a spacious balcony with hooded gas barbeque. Its central location means the shops, club and beach are just around the corner. The garage is for storage of surfboards, bikes, fishing rods etc and there is off street parking for two cars. There is one bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and main bathroom with full size bath. Downstairs has the 2nd bedroom with queen bed and 3rd bedroom with bunk bed (double base + single top) and a single bed as well as a bathroom. Accommodating 8 comfortably. Travel light as there is a washing machine and dryer.  Please note: Personal linen is not provided and guests will need to bring their own sheets, towels & pillowcases.
