Chestnut Hill-Apt#2 - 2nd Fl - 1 Bed w/Kitchen.

Super Location! 100% Private - very very small 1 Bedroom Apartment. Central Air, hardwood floors in living room, vinyl in bedroom, queen bed. Full size free washer and dryer to use - shared with 3 other apartments. Kitchen is sparsely accommodated, it does have a fridge, stove/oven and microwave. No Dishwasher. Please note this is a simple, no-frills cheap (but clean) stay. No room cleaning during your stay. Please ask any questions before reserving to avoid disappointment. It has newly refinished hardwood floors in the living room/kitchen area. There is a step down small 1 bedroom (which has a vinyl floor) we have a curtain separating the main space from the bedroom. The apartment is accessed via a digital locking door that makes your access easy. The apartment is very clean and simply done. I don’t want to miss lead anyone in anyway, this is a no-frills accommodation. We do provide toiletries, soap, shampoo and conditioner during your stay but no laundry detergent. If there is something you need just ask us please. There is Kilian Hardware a block away for most anything you need. There are towels for you as well as linens and a blanket and pillows for the bed of course. We do make every attempt to have enough toilet paper for the bathroom as well as to keep it as clean as possible. If there is ever anything that we fall short on, we are very responsive to have it corrected immediately and would appreciate the opportunity to quickly remedy rather than you stay silent and just wait it out to leave a poor rating. You have the private apartment and you have access to using the free full-size front load washer and dryer which is in the hall. I don’t provide any laundry detergent though. Although you can use the very sparsely populated kitchen it is best if you think of this accommodation as being just a room with no kitchen, but some appliances if needed. Probably minimal to no interaction during your stay. You will have 24/7 access (through a digital code) to enter the building and your apartment and through AirBNB communication or phone or text if there is something needed. The Chestnut Hill neighborhood is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the entire city as well as the country. This location is surrounded by fabulous boutique shops, restaurants, cafés and walking distance to to train stations and buses. The Chestnut Hill West train station is across the street and the Chestnut Hill East train station is about three blocks away and buses can be caught right in front. Uber and Lyft also service the area. This is also a very walkable neighborhood. Parking behind the building is $3 for 6 hours or and $5 for overnight. There is a SEPTA parking lot across the street for $1/day. Free street parking (read the signs!) with 2 blocks. The Chestnut Hill West train station is across the street and the Chestnut Hill East train station is about three blocks away and buses can be caught right in front.
