The convertible sofa can sleep two more people if needed. Sheets and towels are included in price. Two mobile air conditioning systems are available. The kitchen has a washing machine, large fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and crockery for 6 people. Other equipment: hair dryer, iron. TV with some classic foreign channels. Wi-Fi on fiber optic high speed Internet. Authentic rental host (not real estate agency). I'll be present to give the keys. In case I cannot be here, the keys will be left into a safe with code and I meet you later on. Please do not make too much noise after 22:30. For energy saving, hot water comes from a tank heated during the night so it is limited per day.
