The terraced house with pool access, two terraces and spacious balcony invites you to relax and unwind. It is located in a residential area near Rojales, 8 km north of the coastal town of Torrevieja. The region is one of the best climatic environments in the world. Be our guest and see for yourself the Costa Blanca with its varied sandy beaches and the best climate in Spain. In the flat up to 4 persons can enjoy a relaxed and restful stay. The house is quietly situated in a small residential area, in the immediate vicinity of the salt lake La Mata. There is therefore no through traffic. The flat extends over 2 floors as a terraced house with its own garden and terrace in the front and a patio terrace in the back. In addition, there is a spacious balcony on the upper floor, leading off from the bedroom. The total area of the flat is 82 m². This includes on the ground floor living room with dining area, kitchen, guest toilet, utility room and small conservatory in the entrance. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms, one with balcony and the bathroom with WC and shower. The property with garden, terrace and patio covers another 80 m². The flat also has a swimming pool, which is shared by the surrounding residential complex. You can use it all year round without any restrictions. The distance to it is only 14 m, directly opposite. The balcony adjoining the large bedroom also offers a wonderful view of the pool and the neighbourhood. The nearby salt lake La Mata is about 1.9 km away and can be reached on foot. The nearest beach on the "Costa Blanca" coast is 7 km away. - Equipment details - 2x flatscreen TV (1x SMART TV), towels and bed linen included, washing machine, 2x air conditioning,2x ceiling fans, 2x electric heating, outdoor seating, 2x sun loungers for beach. Kitchen equipment: Cooker with ceramic hob and oven, large fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pans and pots, enough crockery for up to 6 people. In the immediate vicinity are the two striking salt lakes of the region. Bathing is permitted here in certain places and allows the unique experience of weightlessness. The healing effect is not to be underestimated and is in great demand throughout Europe. The nature reserve "Parque Natural de Torrevieja" also borders here. About 27 km away is San Pedro del Pinatar, on the Mar Menor, known for its mud lagoon with healing properties. The mud has anti-inflammatory properties and rids the skin of toxins. The coastal town of Torrevieja is one of the most desirable and beautiful residential areas, right by the sea with beautifully maintained beaches. This coastal region provides one of the best climates in Europe due to its salt lakes.
