Pulenat - Heritage Boutique Hotel Viganj

This charming luxury boutique hotel with only 7 rooms has a fantastic beachfront position. It literally stands IN the sea… so you can jump from the hotel terrace into the sea! :) More than a hundred years old building has a long and interesting history. Before becoming a hotel it was a post office. After being closed due to a samller amounts of business, the building has been falling apart for a few years until the current owner, who managed this building s operations still in the post office times, decided to buy it and rebuilt it into a luxury hotel. The renovation started in 2013 and in 2018 the hotel opened its doors for the guests. Outside walls, pathways and terraces are built from local white stone which give the house a unique rich touch. When you step on the terrace you can quickly imagine what a great holiday you can spend here. Firstly you spot a saltwater pool, which is only 4 meters from the sea. A fancy glass fence separates the pool from the concrete beach with sunloungers, where you feel you are almost in the sea already! Imagine yourself on the deckchair with a first class cocktail from the hotel bar, while listening to the sea below your feet and watching afternoon sun turning into orange and sinking to the horizont - no, it is not a dream, but everyday ritual in Heritage Boutique hotel Viganj! Guests of this hotel have practically a private concrete beach and entrance to the water (stainless steel ladder) on site. A small pebble beach ideal for small children is only 50 m to the right of the hotel. SUPs and bikes are for rent at the hotel beach directly. Next to the pool there are two covered terraces where you can sit down, read, work (you are allowed to max 1 hour of work per day :)) relax with your family and enjoy the delicious cocktails of a hotel bar. One terrace also has the option to cover the sides in case of bad weather or strong winds. When you enter inside of the hotel you will be surprised with a great combination of modern style and heritage of seaman’s interior which dominates the interior. Rocky stone walls intertwined with modern handmade furniture lead the guests into the famous maritime history of Peljesac. This style is represented all over the hotel – from restaurant to guest’s rooms. On ground floor there is a café & wine bar Bonaca, while 7 hotel rooms named after local winds are located on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. Breakfast is possible upon request and is served on a terrace and indoor of the hotel. The price is 13,00 € per day per person. On 1st floor there are two rooms (Levanat and Ostro) which are for 2 persons each. Each room has a big comfortable double bed with cosy equipped bathroom. Room Ostro is the only one in whole hotel with a private balcony from where you can enjoy a fantastic scenery. The third room on 1st floor is called Maestral. Maestral has a big double bed and extendable sofa bed (200 x 120 cm) so it can accommodate a family of 2 adults and 2 children in total. Layout on 2nd floor is the same as on 1st one. Room Bura and Lebic are for 2 persons and room Pulenat is for maximum 4 persons. On the 3rd floor there is the biggest and very romantic attic room, called Tramontana. It has a cosy double bed and sofa bed which can accommodate 2 additional persons. Total of 4 persons can sleep in this room. All rooms have a private bathroom with bath. Rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and LCD SAT TV. Next to the hotel there is a private parking for the guests.
