French doors lead out onto the decked area for outside entertaining and comfortable seating to the sitting room with large flat screen television. To the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with separate shower room. Travertine stairs with LED lights lead to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with views overlooking Croyde towards Baggy Point and the sea. The master bedroom also has lovely views to Baggy Point and benefits from a dressing room with ample storage and contemporary en-suite shower room. There is also a fourth bedroom which is arranged as a twin bedroom. The family bathroom has both seperate shower and bath with attractive LED lighting. Outside there is driveway parking for one car and unrestricted street parking to the front of the property. There is a secure garage for storing bikes/boards and wetsuits which is also accessible from the rear garden. There is use of a gas BBQ. Seascape now has the wonderful addition of a hot tub too, perfect for soaking off after a day in the surf (additional charge applies). There is WIFI, DVD player, Blu Ray player, Sky and an iPod dock! All the home comforts. Linen and hand/bath towels are provided free of charge. This property is restricted mobility friendly with no steps. Please contact us for more information. We are pleased to be accredited with the Visit England 'Good to go' COVID-19 safety scheme. Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due (Homeaway/Airbnb will also charge their service fee to you upon booking). The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival (Airbnb will detail the payment schedule to you upon booking). It is not possible to add any extras when booking via Homeaway/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages. Available Extras: - Highchair - One highchair supplied free of charge. - Hot Tub - (Hot tub towels are not provided) - £100 per week/short break Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied, cleaned, sanitised and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.
