Villa Davele Primo Piano is in Sant`Isidoro, 200 meters away from the sea and it`s a holiday home in a complex of semi-detatched houses. It accommodates up to 4 guests and is equipped with air conditioning, electric oven, washing machine, hair-dryer, flat-screen tv and mosquito nets. Crib is available upon request. It is introduced by a spacious terrace, furnished with dining area, washing machine and sink and armchairs. The holiday home opens into the kitchen with a sofa bed for two guests, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with access to the outdoor area. Both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. The surroundings of Villa Davele in Sant`Isidoro Villa Davele is in Sant`Isidoro, near Nardò, on the coast between Portoselvaggio and Porto Cesareo. During Summer, in the seaside location there are many amenities such as supermarkets, cafès, trattorias and pizzerias, fish shops, newsstand and tobacco shop, the church, the emergency medical care and the tourist office. The small villa is less than 200 meters away from the beach, in a quiet area where parking on the street is allowed. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Shared entry gate.
