🐾Lake House w/Pool Table, Bar & Fenced-in Yard!

We always do thorough deep cleanings & disinfect.* Our home is the perfect place to relax, fish, have fun with your traveling party. It's the perfect home away from home with great views of the lake and on a quiet cul-de-sac. Sorry but absolutely no parties allowed. We have been Super-hosts on Airbnb for several years but now we've decided to start renting out our whole house for guests to enjoy! Please check out our other listing to see our reviews. Our home is the perfect place to relax, fish, have fun with your traveling party. It's the perfect home away from home with great views of the lake and on a quiet cul-de-sac. Fishing, perfect sunsets & pool table & darts make this a great place to stay during your visit here to the Chicagoland area. The Space When you walk in the front door you will be on the main floor: Main living room (huge entertainment center w/tv) Kitchen Dining room Laundry room Wash room Back porch and backyard Basement: There are about 12 stairs with a split landing (6 then turn and 6 more) with railings. The bedroom is right at the bottom of the stairs. 1 queen size bed, desk, TV. There is an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. That bathroom has a second door so other guests can use the wash room without needing to go thru your bedroom. The basement also has a second living room with couches an entertainment center and the 2nd queen size bed is in there with a little curtain that could be drawn for some privacy. The bar/Pool Table room gives a nice separation between the 2 sleeping arrangements. There is a full bar, pool table, dart board, TV, card table also, a futon couch/bed The bar area doubles as kitchenette. There is a small sink, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, glasses, dishes, etc.. It's like it's own apartment but when you rent out the whole house you have the entire home to yourself. There are only 2 beds, therefore only really maximum of 2 adult couples. The other sleeping area's would be a futon and a comfy couch (not a pullout). So 4 adults and 2 children would be the maximum number of guests I would recommend for optimal comfort. Some dogs may be allowed upon request* Sorry but absolutely no parties allowed. Sorry, but the hot tube is NOT included ( We have another listing on here that is just for the basement apartment but this is for the basement AND the 1st floor. You will have the entire house to yourselves. (The 2nd floor bedrooms are not included and will be locked.Please just don't go up to the 2nd floor at all. ty :)t You will have access to the entire 1st floor; living room (huge TV, premium cable package) & dining room, laundry room, powder room and a large fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking or baking needs. Please bring your own groceries and any other ingredients you may need. The bedroom is located in the basement (which is like it's own apartment) with an en suite bathroom along with the billiard room, bar/kitchenette and another living room with the 2nd queen sized bed. *The hot tub is not included - we don't have anyone to maintain it while we are away* Since we only rent the whole house when booked, we still live in the house the other times (we have another listing just for the basement and not the 1st floor) the 2nd floor is where our personal bedrooms are located, locked and NOT included. We will be in the area if you need anything but it is self check-in and out. Very family-oriented neighborhood. We live on a lake that's about a mile around. There are three Parks, volleyball court, basketball court, soccer fields, baseball fields... you will not be board! There's a Walgreens and grocery store within walking distance but most people just drive or use a ride-sharing service This is still our personal home that we are happy to share with you but please be respectful and excuse our lived in areas... Please keep your number of any guests visiting you limited to 2 or 3, additional guest must be approved by us in advance and all guests must leave before 9 p.m. We do have a ring doorbell and cameras around the perimeter of the house. We live on a culdusak and a lake in a residential neighborhood. Please keep that in mind and keep outside noises to a minimum past 10pm. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard ONLY. The garbage cans are located on the side of the house and will be needed to taken to the curb on Tuesdays evenings, pick up is Wednesday morning around 7am-9am so please bring them back to the house once emptied. Fire pit is available however no wood is provided and please make sure fire is fully extinguished when you are thru. The second floor, garage & hot tub are NOT included. There is 1 camera located inside on the 2nd floor to ensure no one goes up there. Absolutely NO parties are allowed
