This nice holiday house in the beautiful countryside around Rieti, 1,3 km from Poggio Mirteto and 2,5 km from Poggio Catino, is located in a panoramic position on the grounds of a farm. In addition to fruit trees, palm trees and hazelnuts, the owners produce good olive oil. The charming capital town Rome can be reached in only one hour by car or even by train from a small train station, which is only 10 minutes from the accommodation. This is an ideal starting point to visit also the northern part of the region Lazio, the ancient Tuscia with Viterbo (71 km) or the nearby region Umbria (Orvieto 87 km, Narni 50 km). The house is part of the farm but has its own entrance gate and private entrance, thus offering privacy. A garden with olive and fruit trees surrounds the accommodation. There is a swimming pool with pink Himalayan salt offset water, which offers a jacuzzi function over the entire surface. There is also a patio with barbecue and garden furniture, which overlooks the hills and the pool below, ideal for outdoor dining. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate.
