A corner sofa offers the ideal spot to retreat to when the weather isn’t quite right, or perhaps just a place to unwind in front of the TV at the end of a busy beach day. Two sliding glass doors off the living space create that all-important indoor-outdoor flow onto the covered deck, where an outdoor sofa and a bar leaner are just waiting for you to enjoy a couple of cold ones as the BBQ sizzles away in the background for a dinner time feast. When it’s time to hit the yay, three separate cosy sleepouts, each featuring a double bed, comfortably sleep up to six guests. One sleepout is fitted with its own compact ensuite bathroom, with the bathroom in the main dwelling providing the conveniences for the other two sleepouts. There’s also a double sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate an extra two people. There’s also plenty of space for your boat to rest for the night between trips out on the water, and with the public boat ramp just a four-minute drive away, you’ll be out on the water in no time! You’ll find the beach just a 15-minute walk, or 3-minute drive, from The Bach, and if you need your flat white fix or a bite to eat out, the main shops are even closer!
