The space This beautifully renovated home opens to a relaxed sitting room complete with a Smart TV. A key feature of this room is the hidden Queen size ‘Murphy Bed’ where you can easily create a 4th bedroom. Simply pull down the wall bed and close the doors to make a private room for two extra guests. The large modern kitchen and dining area has high ceilings and windows that fill the room with an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an additional butler’s pantry with extra appliances and has been designed for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Simply lift the glass cafe-style window over the large island bench to bring the outside in. The island bench has space to seat 11 in addition to the outdoor dining table which seats 10. This area makes entertaining a breeze, complete with an outdoor fridge, sink and built-in BBQ that overlooks the large resort-style pool, tropical backyard and garden.
