This fantastic floating house for four people is located on the edge of a marina and offers you a wonderful panoramic view of the water. The large roof terrace also offers an unobstructed view of the Westeinderplassen. The domicile is located in Leimuiden on the border between North and South Holland and has a harbour view from the living room. There are two terraces; a small terrace on the ground floor, ideal for breakfast and lunch, and the large sun terrace on the roof. There is also a fine lounge set with which you can enjoy beautiful sunny days. As there are two bedrooms, a spacious, bright and modern living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower, this property is perfect for guests who love the water sports atmosphere but do not want to live on a real boat. In the marina itself there is a reception, a restaurant and a water sports shop. Here you can rent various water sports equipment to make your stay a lot of fun! Think SUP boards, water skis and other fun boards. Free WiFi is available outside by the marina. You can use it on the decks of the yachts and in the showroom of Kempers Watersport while enjoying a cup of coffee. On the Westeinderplassen there are water sports activities for young and old, for example sailing courses. As this house is on the border between North and South Holland, smaller coastal towns such as Noordwijk and Katwijk are about 20 minutes away. Amsterdam and Haarlem are also not far away.
