Summary: This historic grain barge has been recently renovated as a houseboat! With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it can accommodate 10 people. Warm and cosy in Winter and with sun decks for Summer, the boat is located in Liverpool Marina with its own bar and restaurant. Close to restaurants and dining, nightlife, local tourist attractions, shopping centre. A short walk to the city centre. Great view of the cathedral and docks. You won’t be disappointed with this booking! **Please note: The boat has a fridge, however it doesn't have a freezer. Please consider when bringing food during your stay.** The Space: Four ensuite Bedrooms located downstairs having a king size bed, (possibility of 2 single on request) 1 ensuite bedroom with king size bed is located upstairs. Huge living room, sun decks and fully equipped kitchen. Sleeping arrangement: One room is king size and 4 have the option of king or twin beds. One of the bedroom has an additional single bed and the living room area would come with a large single sofa bed. If any of the rooms need to be twin, please let us know a week before the booking at the latest. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire houseboat, no sharing with host or other guests. Other Things to Note: *Please note, as we are software-connected Host we charge a £250 damage deposit via a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This is taken outside of Airbnb though is fully compliant with Airbnb’s policies. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
