we love this because... We love ourselves some exclusivity and as Moonah Links is considered one of Australias most unique resorts combining two 18 hole championship golf courses, a la carte restaurant and cafe and onsite day spa and a shuttle service to the nearby Peninsula Hot Springs, we are in resort heaven. The house is in a private gated area so it feels really exclusive before you even arrive. We love that we can walk to the clubhouse and all the facilities and even though it's a golfers dream, our kids and the adults alike love the area. There are so many favourite areas in this house. We love sitting in front of the fire and chatting while our host cooks dinner! or drinks on the front deck or the rear lounge on the back deck (too many choices). The absolute favourite is the master bedroom, which is vast and has windows overlooking the course so you can read and watch as your group play their round of golf. We love that we can bring Paddington our doggie too but we have to watch him outside as the retaining wall isn't huge and he can jump up and wander off. The front deck is fine for him to sun himself and be out with the hoomans. It's such a great spot for some of the major attractions, located between one of Victorias most popular award-winning attractions, the Peninsula Hot Springs and neighbouring Cups Estate Winery St Andrews Beach Brewery, you don't need to venture far from the resort to experience the very best that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. *COVID - if you are unable to travel due to COVID restrictions and/or we are unable to host you then we will contact you to offer a change of dates, credit note or refund. PAWfect (almost) What fun! a new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside. For little dogs ,like me, the garden and courtyard are fine because my little legs can't climb the retaining wall, but for big doggies they would easily jump from the seating area on the retaining wall and up the bank behind the house. There is a little grass area (not real grass but I love it anyway). And there's a special basket just for me. No way! What's in there? Ooh, ooh! a treat from PAWDINKUM. I LOVE THIS PLACE.
