Afandou Golf is a brand new renovated, gated, with private pool, and a fruit garden villa set near Afandou village, Lindos and only 20 min driving from Rhodes Diagoras airport . The villa can accommodate up to 10 people. Surrounded by an amazing fruit garden, in a peaceful and safe location with panoramic views of the Afandou Golf Course and the Aegean sea, villa Afandou Golf is the perfect location to enjoy everything that the resort of Faliraki (5 km) , Kallithea (7 km) and Lindos (20km) have to offer. Mainly the Villa is conveniently located for trips all around the island at a 20km radius and 20min time frame. The spacious villa (size 250sq.m.) combines traditional and modern vibes, has a private swimming pool, built Barbecue, wide verandas and terraces. There is free private parking area. The villa has 4 double bedrooms with double and single beds from which one is of a traditional style (open type which has an Office PC, Printer) and also one has ensuite shower in it. In Addition you can sleep through sofa bed style in the Playroom for an extra 2 people. All rooms have TV sets, air conditioners and wifi internet access. The living room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with big modern sofas and decorated with a fire place. There is a dining area for 6 and a spacious traditional kitchen area. There is a wide veranda for outside dining as well. An internal staircase leads to the bedrooms. Each bedroom has wide verandas overlooking the Golf Course, sea and the swimming pool. Furniture is of the highest standards and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. A Safe keeps your valuables secure. There are spacious fitted wardrobes and a hairdryer in each room.Linen bed sheets and duvet covers are available for you to change as often as you wish. The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WC. One bedroom has an ensuite shower in it. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and oven, a large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
