The real hidden gem of this apartment is the bright courtyard, a rare find in a London apartment, and the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. You couldn't be better located - 5 minutes from Notting Hill Gate tube station, Hyde Park, and Holland Park, and a short walk from the iconic Portobello Market! The Space: This is a truly charming apartment. As with many London properties, it is not the most spacious, but this has been taken into account in every element of the design. The sitting room has plenty of comfortable space to relax in after a day out exploring London. There is a TV in the sitting room - please note that it is quite small, but with lots to watch! The kitchen is a cleverly designed galley kitchen, connecting the sitting room and the stunning dining room table which looks onto the charming patio. Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: Notting Hill is one of London's most fashionable areas. You are just minutes from Portobello Market, which comes alive on Saturday mornings with a wealth of stalls, and minutes from Hyde Park (stroll across to reach Buckingham Palace!) . Getting Around: Notting Hill Gate Station (Central Line, Circle Line) is just 5 minutes from the apartment. Other Things to Note: Please note that all our cleaners are in Personal Protective Equipment and they use the appropriate cleaning materials and disinfectants. Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and loo roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration. Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place. Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbours. We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise. The property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds. This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth. For bookings longer than 10 days we charge a mid-stay clean. This is the same cost of the standard cleaning fee and it includes linen and towel change. If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged. Please check prior to booking if you will be checking in outside check in hours as a charge may apply. A late check-out is sometimes possible for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate. Interaction with Guests: I am available by phone, email, message, and in person if needed.
