The pool measures 11 meters x 6 meters, is infinity on all four sides and has a very comfortable 'beach area', which is an area at the beginning of the pool with a very low water level, wonderful for sunbathing and perfect for small children or babies taking their first steps in the water. But this villa does not only offer this: a particular and refined decor, with wooden furniture and rich in vintage objects, give it an intimate and warm touch.To complete the atmosphere, the villa has bluetooth speakers so you can listen to your favorite music. Of course, Wi-Fi is available free of charge.At the entrance, you will find a dining room with a comfortable leather sofa, a lovely fireplace and a smart TV.A large window leads directly to the covered terrace overlooking the pool, where there are a table and chairs where you can start the day with a relaxing breakfast or relax in the evening with a drink while admiring the view. Of course you can't miss a barbecue, where you can cook delicious barbecues with family or friends.Opposite the living room, an open kitchen, with an American style brick counter, equipped with everything you need. The house is completely surrounded by a large garden, which offers areas of shade during the hot summer hours and total privacy, as, like the whole property, it does not give access to the view from the outside. The garden also has a ping pong table to entertain you.
