Two spacious dining areas and living areas with large widescreen TV's, and the downstairs living area also provides a beautiful billiards table, widescreen TV, DVD player and sound system. Ducted air-conditioning throughout for those times when you're not at the beach and a huge double garage and off-street parking available for extra cars or even your boat. A gorgeous front balcony offers a large outdoor dining setting and BBQ where you can relax with a glass of champagne and watch the dolphins, there is also a second BBQ out the back. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
