The Triple Room in Palazzo Luxury Alma Rooms is an exclusive solution for 3 guests. It`s on the first floor, equipped with air conditioning, internet, coffee machine, hair-dryer and tv. Breakfast is included by a nearby cafè, which is only 100 meters away. Pets are not allowed.   The luxury triple room in the historic building in Casarano The triple room is on the first floor of a recently-renovated historic building, furnished with refined and design elements. There are two triple rooms. Both units are large and bright, furnished with a double bed, singl bed and with a modern ensuite bathroom with shower. The rooms are characterized by a star-vaulted or barrel-vaulted ceilings with exposed ancient stones. The guests share the equipped terrace with lounge area and a small kitchenette with fridge and induction hob.   The surroundings of Palazzo Alma Luxury Rooms The property is in Casarano, a town in the heart of Salento which is a short drive away form the Ionian coast or the Adriatic coast, but also close to many beautiful old town centres and beaches. The property is in the centre and within walking distance from every amenity. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.  In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Breakfast available from 8am to 10am in a nearby bar. - Shared kitchen on the terrace.
