The property is composed of a large and bright living room with American kitchen, a bathroom and a lofted bedroom. It is equipped with internet access (wi-fi), central heating, air conditioning, 2 anti-mosquito electrical devices, TV, washing machine, hairdryer and iron. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and kettle. In front of the building you can find "Squero San Trovaso". The Venetian word "squero" refers to the place where gondolas are built. This Squero is one of the few currently in operation in Venice. The location is strategic, is located 100 m from the vaporetto stop"Zattere", from which you can take the vaporetto towards Lido, Giudecca Island, Tronchetto, Piazzale Roma and Ferrovia. The apartment is located 5 minutes walking from the Accademia Bridge from which you can walk in the direction of St. Mark’s Square and Rialto Bridge. Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night.
