JUST OPENED Easter calendar dates!!! 5 night minimum stay between Fri 9th April - Mon 25th April. Pearlie Getaway is located in a quiet tree lined street of iconic Pearl Beach. Beautifully renovated and furnished to ensure it will be your home away from home. Stroll to the beach front or simply soak up summer relaxing on the decks. Stay Cool in air-conditioning, toast marshmallows in the fire pit or read a book by the fire! Whatever the weather Pearlie Getaway has it all to create beautiful holiday memories. Pearlie Getaway is available for a 2 night minimum stay with the exception of the following dates listed below: Easter/ School holiday- 8 Apr 2022 – 25 Apr 2022: 5 night minimum stay. Long weekend- 10 Jun 2022 – 13 Jun 2022: 3 night minimum stay. School holiday- 1 Jul 2022 – 17 Jul 2022: 5 night minimum stay. School holiday- 23 Sep 2022 – 9 Oct 2022: 5 night minimum stay. Christmas/ summer peak -20 Dec 2022 – 29 Jan 2023: 7 night minimum stay. (New Years bookings: Please make an enquiry before instant booking this date. An instant booking will potentially be declined. We have had a regrettable experience over this period and family bookings will be most favourable.) Wanting a MID- WEEK BREAK Monday to Thurs? Sent us an enquiry message and ask about our midweek special- 20% off the nightly rate (this excludes seasonal dates/ school holidays and peak summer listed below and of course weekends ;) ****** BOOKING REFUNDABLE****** Many guest are asking about our policy if Covid affects their location and they are unable to travel. The answer is YES! Bookings that are impacted by COVID restriction/ snap lockdowns by either guest travel are refunded. Please note that unless your booking is rescheduled, a booking fee may be retained by Stayz depending on the proximity to your arrival date. Please check the dates and amounts as it may apply to you. Obviously, the more notice we can give each other, the better, if at all possible. Bedrooms configurations: Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed with an amazingly comfortable tempur mattress. Large en suite bathroom with freestanding bath. Large WIR. Bedroom 2: Double bed with queen length. Small shower en suite. Bedroom 3: Double bed with robe. Bedroom 4: 2x single beds with robe Bedroom 5: 2x single beds with robe Bedroom 2, 3, 4 and 5 are located downstairs along with the main bathroom and laundry. Master Bedroom 1 is located on the upper floor along with the kitchen, living areas and external decks. The two living areas are divided by a fireplace but open enough to feel spacious for entertaining. Did I mention the day bed...many guests comment that this is their favourite feature with the front deck coming a close second. Provided: Fresh bed linens, towels and basic shower essentials provided. Tea, coffee and basic kitchen supplies. The kitchen has basic cooking essentials: pots, sauce pans, trays, bowls, platters and dinnerware. Silicone and wood cooking utensils are provided to protect our pans from being scratched. Kitchen Aid coffee machine is located in the kitchen and a small number of coffee pods are provided. It takes Nespresso compatible pods and the coffee lover of your group may wish extra. Extra guests and large groups: We love our guests to have fun but Pearlie Getaway is not a "party house". It sleeps 10 guests. 7 guests are included in initial pricing and additional guests are charged $30 per person/ per night. Baby /toddler in cot beds do not count in this total. We do not allow guests people sleeping on couches or floors. Any bookings found to have additional guests will be deemed to have broken our HOUSE RULES. Should this occur, we will: *Notify Stayz, seek advice and cancel your booking *Evict guests *Charge additional guest fees and cleaning *Charge addition for any damage caused Pearl Beach is a quiet neighbourhood, and we request our guests be respectful of noise after dark. We live local and our neighbours are our friends so hopefully that speel will be enough deter loud "party" bookings. Getting together with family and friends for fun times is most certainly welcomed!!
