It consists of a living room (with a sofa bed for 2 people), a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a small library, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, 2 with a queensize bed), as well as 2 bathrooms and it can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, satellite television, board games, a travel baby cot (upon request), a highchair (upon request), and a washing machine. One of the main attractions of the property is its stunning outdoor area with breathtaking views over the mountains. Here you will find sun loungers where you can relax under the sun in the summer, a dining table and a barbecue, as well as a jacuzzi where you can enjoy a glass of wine under the starry sky. The closest shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the village of St Martin in Passeier, which can be reached after 14 minutes driving (7km).
