Neustadtperle
Charming apartment with a balcony
Our "Neustadtperle" apartment is located in the middle of Dresden's liveliest district, the Outer Neustadt, and thus in one of the largest urban areas with closed Wilhelminian style buildings. Although you are "in the middle of life", you will be able to sleep peacefully at night because you live off the street in one of the five courtyards belonging to the Kunsthofpassage. This unique complex was created between 1997 and 2001. Listed houses have been extensively renovated in collaboration by Dresden architects and artists, each of the courtyards has its own design theme, which was implemented on the house facades in an extremely imaginative and playful way. Galleries, small shops and cafés as well as several fountains enliven the place, it is a pleasure for all the senses to stroll through the courtyards. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous other bars, restaurants, cafés, pubs and clubs. Two cinemas and shops for daily needs are just a stone's throw away, the next tram stop can be reached in two minutes, the historic center with the Zwinger and Semper Opera in about 25 minutes, and it takes 6 minutes by train from the Albertplatz stop. The connection to long-distance traffic is also extremely convenient due to the proximity to Dresden-Neustadt train station (1 km), the airport is approx. 7 km away. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building and is furnished with great attention to detail. Each of the two leather armchairs in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable bed with one hand, so that a child can sleep as a third person if necessary. In the kitchen you will also find everything you need for a longer stay, i.e. a stove with an oven, coffee and espresso machine, dishes, pots, pans, an electric citrus press, refrigerator ... The bathroom has a tub with shower partition and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are of course provided, for longer stays, an intermediate cleaning can be carried out on request. The apartment has a large balcony with afternoon sun, which extends from the bathroom to the kitchen to the living room. You can also smoke there. In the bedroom you will find a beautiful chest of drawers as well as a cupboard from the Biedermeier period, both of which are available for storing your belongings. Last but not least, the well-preserved, old flooring in the living and sleeping areas creates an extremely cozy atmosphere. The apartment is of course equipped with a TV, DVD player, stereo and WiFi, a washing machine is also available. The cost of a parking space is 3 euros for 24 hours. If you stay with us for a longer period of time, we will also look for a way to park your car for free at 0.5 to 1 km away, we know the places. For those looking for relaxation, it should also be mentioned that both the Elbwiesen and the Dresdner Heide invite you for walks and are easily accessible on foot. During your stay in Dresden, we are available for you at any time and can also provide you with tips and suggestions on request. Welcome, Oda and Olaf.
