Welcome to Six-Fours ! I welcome you in my charming 35 square meters apartment located in a RESIDENCE, on the 2nd floor without elevator, with a BALCONY giving a beautiful VIEW on the sea. It is ideally located at 5 min from the beach and 20 min from the PORT. It is composed of a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 people for your escapades on the southeast coast. Have a nice vacation! ## Logement The accommodation is fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist or professional stay. It is composed of two beds of the following type: a sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom. The terrace will be very appreciated in summer to spend good time and enjoy the sun during your aperitifs or breakfasts. The studio is located in a residence at 300 meters (or 5 min walk) from the Bonnegrâce beach, at 15 min walk from the Port of Sanary where is held every Wednesday its mythical Provencal market classified among the most beautiful in France, 10 minutes by car from the port of Le Brusc which allows access to the islands of Gaou and Embiez dotted with creeks with crystal clear waters and finally 5 minutes by car from the port of La Coudoulière and its many nautical activities with the Park of the Mediterranean Garden as well as the Battery Museum of Cap Nègre, both of which are on the road. The neighborhood is quiet while being in close proximity to numerous bars and restaurants as well as several shops such as the Shop By Casino at 7 min walk and a Spar at 8 min walk. The narrow streets of downtown Sanary are a 15-minute walk away and offer a wide range of stores and boutiques.
