Summer dream, 5min walk to beach

Ideal home for friends or families who want to enjoy a carefree holiday without the use of a car. The house is 5mins walk from the beach and the port, the main hub of the island. The large front veranda is ideal for lunches, dinners and relaxing. The house is on the ground floor of a duplex property, which is part of a small complex of houses. It can comfortably accommodate 6 adults (in 3 doubles rooms) and 4 children ( in 1 room with 2 bunk beds). There is a large veranda which is ideal for meals and relaxing. The bathrooms are built in traditional cycladic style. Please note that one of the double rooms is only accessible from the children's bedroom or the veranda/garden. This bedroom however benefits from en en-suite WC. Being on the ground floor we do not have a sea view but it is great for kids, as there are no steps and a lot of space to play outside! There is a parking space available in the private parking space of the complex (no2). This is a great choice for people who want to be close to a nice beach and the port. There are numerous boutiques, coffee shops and taverns within walking distance of the property.
