Situated just 100m from the beach, welcome to our cute and funky beach house. 3 bedrooms, Gally Kitchen, new bathroom & includes reading / workspace retreat with fast reliable WiFi. An easy walk across to the beach and tranquil rural views behind you. Close to wineries, shopping & cafes. Ideally suited to 2 couples and 2 Children. Portacot (No linen), & toddler high chair available on request. The cottage has a lovely, calm & relaxed atmosphere. Front yard has a beautiful huge golden ash tree, great for sitting under in the shade on a hot afternoon. Sip your favourite drink and enjoy the afternoon breeze directly off the sea. There are lots of birds, lorikeets plus many others. Back of the house has an undercover porch with table & chairs. Cook a BBQ & eat outside in the cool evening air. There is room for boat / trailer in boat port & 2 cars in the grass front yard.
