Situated at the end of Coal Point, a peninsular that extends into the middle of Lake Macquarie, you will be surrounded by water and nature's beauty. With spectacular sun rises, resort living and the bustling activity on the lake, this will be a holiday to remember and a place to return to. This property offers a main residence with the option of 3 bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen and spacious living areas that extend from the front door to the lake. Enjoy the BBQ and wood fired pizza oven in a gorgeous al fresco setting or the outdoor lounge area overlooking the lake. The lush lawn at the water's edge is a great place to stretch out or dip your toes into the fresh waters. Alternatively enjoy the shaded garden alcoves situated on the other end of the property, amongst the established native trees. The main bedroom boasts lake views, a large walk in wardrobe and its own ensuite. Also large and with ample storage space is the second bedroom. The 2nd living area of the main residence can be converted into the 3rd bedroom (with the option of 2 single beds or a king size bed). With 3 bathrooms in total, the main bathroom has the convenience of a separate WC. A separate cottage with queen bed and bathroom offers additional seclusion or separate living for the kids. Water Sports There is a selection of water craft for you to enjoy - a stand up paddle board, kayaks, surf skis and inflatables. For the Fishermen Renown for its outstanding fishing you can choose to bring your own boat as we are 30 metres away from the Coal Point boat ramp. Alternatively drop a line in from the end of your own jetty, set one of our crab traps and if all else fails there is a seafood co-op up the road (you can tell your friends you caught it).
