This ancient stone-built tower is spread over four floors, renovated and turned into a lovely holiday home. It is situated at the foot of Assisi, certainly one of the most beautiful and spectacular positions for admiring the most famous and most visited town of Umbria. A side of the ground floor borders another house that is inhabited all year round. The property is characterized by a very well kept and equipped lawn and by a large enclosed car park. The ground floor (characterised by a ceiling with ancient vaults) consists of a nice living/dining room with built- in kitchen worktop and access to the garden. On the 1st floor (accessed only by an external staircase)you will find 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower and a laundry room . On teh 2nd floor there is a 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Lastly, the 3rd floor consists of a living room/ study with a chair-bed and access onto a small terrace with a beautiful view, 1 bathroom with shower. The tower, given its particular architectural structure, is not advised for families with small children. Location: The old city centre of Assisi can be reached on foot by means of an ancient dirt track or by car (approx. 2 km), 23 km Perugia, 40 km Lake Trasimeno.
