REAL Airbnb experience! Huge room,private bathroom

Are you searching for a place to enjoy the city from a local perspective? Welcome @Savino’s, the place to have a REAL homestay experience! In my apartment I have a huge extra room to rent out, you'll find a big double bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. In this room I can host up to 4 guests, I have 2 folding beds. You'll find blankets, sheets and pillows, all the necessary for a good rest. Your bathroom is private for you, I have mine :) Free wi-fi and hot water 24 hours. I'll give you the keys of the apartment so you can freely come in-out without any problem. Remember, I live in the apartment so you'll share it with me, in any case everybody has his own private room :) PLEASE NOTE: due to working reasons check-in to be agreed (there are lockers at the train station in case you need), flexible during weekends. Check-out always flexible, I don't like to kick people out if they want to sleep longer.. ;) Tourist tax € 4 per person, per day, to be paid at the check-in. The kitchen is shared, feel free to use the refrigerator and to cook your food if you want. I live in a "real" Florentine neighborhood and just 15-20 minutes by foot from the city center: you'll live like a local with easy access to all the turistic attractions. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.. Everything nearby! From the main train station (Santa Maria Novella) you can easily reach my flat by foot in 10-15 minutes, otherwise by tram T2 in 5 minutes.
