The entire house, depending on # of guests. Either way, we only take ONE GUEST/GROUP at a time. No one else will be at the property, except our property management staff who live on the farm! And in front of the garages. But you may also be able to utilize, taxis, Uber and Lyft. Airbnb collects the 6% PA sales tax for the first 16 people, a one-time $379 cleaning fee will be automatically added to all reservations. $39/nt per person for additional people over the first 2 people over 2yrs old. The additional space for a group of over the first 16 will also have a second cleaning fee. We do charge for using our property as a venue. Please ask your host for details and charges.
