This modern villa in Moraira (Pinar del Advocat district) is only approx. 1.5 km from the city center and the city beach L'Ampolla. The villa is south facing and offers sun all day and a breathtaking 180 ° sea view. This villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is perfect for up to 8 people. The property is surrounded by a natural stone wall and offers appropriate privacy. The large infinity pool (10 * 4.5m; 1.2-1.6m deep) can be heated and can therefore also be used in spring and autumn for bathing at pleasant temperatures. Relaxation is guaranteed in the integrated whirlpool or hammock. Outside there is a charcoal grill (inside the pool bar) and a modern gas grill. In the evening, you can end the day on the terrace with a view of the illuminated pool (possibly by the fireplace). The spacious living room, dining room and high-quality country-style kitchen are on the ground floor. Next to it is a guest room with a double bed and adjoining bathroom (with shower, toilet and bidet). The kitchen is equipped with two large fridge-freezers, a Nespresso capsule machine, ceramic hob, hob, microwave and kettle. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
