This pleasant holiday with air conditioning in all bedrooms is set on the grounds of an agritourism in the country-side between Ascea Marina and Marina Casalvelino in the beautiful area of Cilento, in the south Italian region of Campania, between the famous Paestum with its antique Greek temples in the north, Sapri in the south and the Vallo di Diano in the east and with 100 km of coast, hills and abt. 200 tiny, mostly medieval hamlets. The holiday apartment owns a private outdoor space in the front of the accommodation. In the well equipped, common outdoor spaces you can totally relax, and the beautiful pool, shared as the garden by the guests of the other apartments IKC237 and IKC238 and 5 guests’ rooms, will make sure that you will feel extremely comfortable. The house owner kindly asks you to respect the bathing hours of the pool and to wear a swimming cap. Your children will enjoy the playground in the common outdoor area, and some bicycles will be at the customers’ disposal (free of charge and upon request) in case you decide to reach the nearest beach (abt. 1 km) with a bicycle. Otherwise we suggest to pass an alternative day on the beach more northwards in the beautiful, small seaside resort of Acciaroli (abt. 14 km distance) or in Santa Maria di Castellabate at abt. 43 km distance which offers large, free and equipped, sandy beaches, nice coffee bars and excellent restaurants. Here you can take a walk on the sea promenade or drive some kilometers uphill where you will find the beautiful hamlet of Castellabate with its small alleys and tiny squares which overlooks the whole bay of Santa Maria di Castellabate. In 3 km distance the famous archaeological site of Velia. Your holiday apartment is located next door to IKC237 and at abt. 20 m distance from IKC200. Baby bed available upon request. Please keep your dog at the leash in the outdoor areas. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within 3 weeks after check-out. Up to 1 pet is allowed.
