IMPORTANT: Groups of guests under 25 years of age are not allowed in the house. No parties or events allowed. A/C is only available in the bedrooms and can only be used between 18 pm until 8 am. Parking spaces are available on the street. The covered terrace with garden furniture is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. A large pool, a table tennis and another terrace with a barbecue are also located on the grounds.
