Close to DTW airport and Ann Arbor U of M "Big House" Amazing sunsets, kayak/canoe off your own private dock. walk to beaches, parks, bars/restaurants and shopping. Charming Lakefront cottage in Novi with a fantastic layout. Charmer offers an amazing lake view from every window. Loaded with an abundance of natural light and nature surround. Nice deck off the back with steps that lead you to the dock. Enjoy taking one of the kayaks out for the evening or cross over to Walled Lake for a swim. Beautiful private setting where one can truly enjoy all that nature has to offer. This home is what Michigan is all about, all year round. Lake is not for swimming. Chris from New England stayed in May of 2019 and said "Your place was fantastic for someone who originates from the shores of Pembrokeshire in Wales. Will certainly be my first choice should it be (Website hidden by Airbnb) brilliant" NO parking on street, 5 car max Garage is rented out, no access. Nice size back yard with dock. Super quaint and charming and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. There are bike trails that go on for miles off 12 and half mile and Novi Rd. Guests can walk, bike, kayak, or travel by car and Uber/Lyft services as well. Please no Parties! Garage is not included.
