The fully stocked kitchen has everything the home chef could possibly want. The house is thoroughly and professionally cleaned before each guest arrives. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM THE HOST! Guest access Guests will have full and sole access to the house, casita and grounds during their stay. For your privacy, each guest is given a unique code to the front door that is only good for the duration of their stay and is automatically disabled at check-out time. One garage bay is off limits and used by owner for storage. Guests will be notified ahead of time if the owner will be accessing it. There is plenty of parking in the driveway as well as street parking in front of the house. Other things to note There are security cameras in front of the property. Guests are not to exceed the registered number. Maximum of 4 cars without host's approval. The swimming pool is only heated during the summer months, check with host. There is an additional charge for heating the pool.
