OLERON, Charming house terrace facing west

Old house completely renovated, with terrace and courtyard. Warm in winter (wood stove) and cool in summer, the house is located in Sauzelle, an authentic hamlet of St Georges d'Oléron. The Saumonards national forest and the ocean await you at 1 km (beautiful sandy beach of the Gautrelle, watched in summer, "pavillon bleu"). Bicycle paths allow you to reach the beach, the towns of St Georges, St Pierre or Boyardville. Each of these towns is 3 km from Sauzelle by road. Our house, Mertensia, is very luminous (South - West exposure) and decorated with care. It has : * 3 bedrooms: 2 have double beds (1 bed of 140 below and 1 bed of 160 above), the children's room includes 1 bunk bed (2 beds) + 1 single bed (70x190) + 1 "small child" bed (70x160). * A large L-shaped living room, which includes a living room with a wood stove (wood provided free of charge), a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen. * A bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Outside, you can relax on the large terrace equipped with garden furniture. On the equipment side, you will have at your disposal: a TV + Box, wifi connection, bluetooth speakers, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an iron and an ironing board, 4 induction hobs, a classic and a microwave oven, a barbecue.
