The 60 m² holiday apartment "Domicilio Lang" is situated in a quiet and green hillside location, yet only a 10 minute-walk from the centre of Überlingen. The modern and comfortably furnished flat in the attic of a 2-storey house has a living room with a sofa bed for one person and a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom. There it can accommodate 3 people. The facilities also include Wi-Fi, fans, a television with satellite reception, a baby cot and a high chair (both on request). A spacious covered balcony with a table, deck chairs and an extendable awning invites you to linger with nice views over the roofs of Überlingen to Lake Constance and the Swiss Alps on the opposite side of the lake. Here you can spend your holiday without a car: a bus stop is only 250 m from the house, two supermarkets are within a radius of 1 km and can be reached on foot in 11 - 12 minutes. In the same distance you will also find the city centre with its restaurants, bistros, cafés and shopping facilities. The nearest beach, Strandbad West, can be reached after a 22-minute walk (1.8 km), directly next to the wonderful thermal baths. The railway station is 900 m or a 10-minute walk away, the ferry terminal is a 13-minute walk (1.1 km) from the apartment. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are available on request and for an extra charge. For a stay of at least 2 weeks a free sailing trip is included in the price - weather permitting. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax is 2,40€ in low season (01 November to 31 March) and 3,30€ (1 April to 31 October) in high season. The tourist tax is payable in cash to the host on the spot.
