We are only 2.5 hours from Toronto and Ottawa and 20 minutes from Bancroft and Halliburton. You can also enjoy true tranquility and majesty of Algonquin Park. Breathtaking High Falls are just 15 minutes away. Town is a short walk away, has all amenities, including Foodland, LCBO/Beer, General store, Gas Station, Tackle shop and Ice-cream parlour, Diner, Restaurants and Golf courses short drive away. Pet Policy: We allow one, small, non-shedding dog. The pet policy is applicable to dogs only – cats or other pets are never allowed. Every pet (even a visiting pet) must be disclosed Smoking is NOT permitted inside, or on the docks Fines will apply. This includes tobacco, marijuana, any and all smoking materials. Leave the rental cottage the same way you found it. Cleaning fee will apply if we have to clean the cottage, put clean, dry dishes away. Discard garbage. Ensure you leave it in the same condition as you found it. Respect the septic system. Do not flush anything but toilet paper Absolutely No Oil or Coffee grounds, food particles in the sink. Please dispose of oil in supplied jars underneath the sink. Absolutely No cigarette butts on the ground. Please use the supplied ashtrays. No garbage of any kind on the ground, such as beer caps, food scraps, nut shells, it will attract unwanted visitors…. Please keep the screen door closed at all times, to prevent squirrels, chipmunks from entering. No feeding squirrels, ducks etc... Blue Box is supplied to recycle: glass, paper, plastic, etc… Canoe, paddle boats are complimentary! They have to be returned for the next user or charges will apply Firepits: we sell firewood, $20.00 cash for a wheel barrel. Do not burn plastic, beer cans, food leftovers or any other material, other than firewood Motor / Boats are available to rent three days minimum, with a valid boating license. Please don't forget to bring the following when you come to the cottage: Pillows, Bed cover, Bed linens, towels, toiletries, toilet paper. Dish soap, sponges,kitchen/ tea towels Life jackets, boating license.
