Fully furnished studio apartment near College of Idaho (4mins), West Valley Medical Center (1min) and the freeway (5mins). Easy walk- up access to the apartment. Drive right up and park! Enjoy your privacy yard, completely fenced in. You will have access to the entire apartment, front of home parking, full kitchen access, WiFi and a flat screen television with use of Apple TV. We also have a fully fenced back yard with artificial turf. The bed is a Tempurpedic King size bed, additionally a pullout couch with a memory foam mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies you may need to cook and bake. Stocked with cooking supplies, microwave oven, full sized refrigerator, salt pepper, coffee, tea, wine and beer glasses. There is tons of storage for all your clothing and other luggage. Please note this 550sq ft apartment is a mother-in-law suite and is situated directly next to the car port of the main house. You may see/hear the residents of the main house coming and going. You do have private entrance/yard and all the amenities including dedicated uncovered parking for the property. We live around the corner and you may see us come and go, however we will give you complete privacy to move around as you please! You’ll have keypad access to check in and out as it’s convenient for you. College of Idaho, West Valley Medical Center, Northwest Nazarene University (20mins). Freeway access (6mins) I would recommend a vehicle or a bicycle for getting around. Pets are allowed at the property, however there is an additional $10/per pet/per night fee added on to the reservation. After booking we will adjust the price for any guests requesting pets. Pets are expected to be kenneled when you aren't at the cottage or they must go with you when you're away. They are also not allowed on the furniture. We provide a pet bed, fenced in back yard, dog poo bags, water/food bowls and dog treats as part of your daily pet fee. Any guest found to have pets on the property without notifying us will be charged a $50 per pet per night fine.
