IMPORTANT POINTS TO READ: - Cleaners have completed COVID-19 Infection Control Training - Lakeside Luxury has a strict NO PARTY POLICY!!! - NO Bucks Nights - NO Hens Nights - NO "Schoolies" groups - NO large groups of uni students - You are NOT permitted to create excessive and unnecessary noise - NO loud music to be played after 9.00pm - NO use of kayaks or lake access after 9.00pm for safety reasons - Park vehicles in our driveway and in front of our house, DO NOT park vehicles across other driveways in the street - NO Smoking on the property (inside or outside) - NO Pets allowed - Be mindful of little ones, as access to the lake has no safety fence - When multiple guests are staying, please keep hot water usage to a minimum - Ensure the BBQ is cleaned to the standard that you found it in - Respect use of provided golf putters and golf balls - Remove all rubbish from the house and into the correct bins provided in the front yard, please recycle correctly and compact all cardboard and boxes - If life jackets and kayaks are used, they are to be rinsed down at the end of every day - Be mindful and respectful of neighbours in the street
